Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior HR Manager to oversee our human resources operations. You will partner with executive leadership to build and scale HR programs, foster a safety-first culture, and attract/retain specialized engineering and supply chain talent required in the electrical equipment industry. Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Recruitment Strategy: Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior roles, including electrical engineers, procurement specialists, and supply chain managers. [1, 2]
- Onboarding: Develop robust onboarding processes to quickly integrate new hires and contractor manpower into the business’s technical and safety protocols. [1, 2]
2. Employee Relations & Culture
- Conflict Resolution: Address employee relations, grievances, and management inquiries swiftly to maintain a fair, high-performing, and respectful work environment. [1, 2]
- Engagement: Design initiatives to boost employee retention, morale, and motivation across multiple facility shifts or regional branches. [1, 2]

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration. [1, 2]
- Experience: 8+ years of proven HR management experience, ideally within an industrial, manufacturing, or electrical sector. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of local and national labor legislation and statutory compliances. [1, 2]
- Tech Savviness: Hands-on experience with HRIS software (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and payroll workflows. [1, 2, 3]
- Soft Skills: Superb leadership capabilities, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. [1, 2]
- Certifications: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or relevant HR certifications are highly preferred
