Job Description – CEO (Steel Manufacturing Industry)

Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Industry: Steel Manufacturing / Engineering / Heavy Industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company growth and profitability goals.
• Lead overall operations including production, sales, finance, and business development.
• Manage steel manufacturing processes and ensure operational efficiency.
• Drive cost optimization, productivity improvement, and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
• Lead and motivate senior management teams to achieve organizational objectives.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Experience in steel manufacturing, fabrication, or heavy engineering industry.
• Knowledge of plant operations, production planning, and business management.
• Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities.

Experience: 10+ Years (Preferred)
Qualification: MBA / Engineering Background Preferred
