HR TRAINEE FOR STEEL MANUFACTURING - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Support end-to-end hiring by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting inductions, and assisting with new-hire paperwork. [1, 2]
• HR Operations & Administration: Maintain accurate employee data, update HR information systems (HRIS), and generate daily or monthly reports (headcount, attendance). [1]
• Statutory Compliance: Learn and assist in ensuring the company adheres to labor laws, PF, ESI, and workplace safety standards crucial for heavy manufacturing environments. [1, 2]
• Employee Relations: Help coordinate employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and assist in resolving employee grievances. [1, 2]
• Training & Development: Support the coordination of safety training, technical skill workshops, and orientation programs for plant workers and staff. [1, 2]

• Education: A Bachelor's or Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Social Work (MSW).
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) for data management and reporting.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, and a high degree of confidentiality.
