Job Description:

We are looking for a versatile, detail-oriented, and proactive HR & Operations Executive to manage our end-to-end human resource functions and day-to-day office administration. In this role, you will handle critical tasks ranging from recruitment and payroll processing to statutory compliance (PF/ESIC) and site attendance tracking. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to seamlessly balance employee management with in-house workplace administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll & Statutory Compliance: * Accurately prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees.

    • Manage statutory compliances, including the computation, filing, and documentation of PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC.

  • Attendance & Leave Management: * Track and verify daily site attendance and biometric/manual records for on-site and in-house staff.

    • Maintain leave records and resolve any attendance-related discrepancies before payroll finalization.

  • End-to-End Recruitment: * Manage the new recruitment process, including sourcing resumes, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the selection process.

    • Handle the onboarding and induction process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed.

  • In-House Workplace Management: * Oversee day-to-day office administration, facility maintenance, and vendor management.

    • Maintain a positive, organized, and productive in-house work environment.

  • Employee Communication & Relations: * Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding payroll, policies, and grievances.

    • Draft official internal communications, offer letters, warning letters, and policy updates.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Criteria Requirement
Experience Minimum 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Core HR, Payroll, and Admin roles.
Core Technical Skills Practical knowledge of PF, ESIC portals, payroll software (or advanced MS Excel), and attendance tracking systems.
Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with site workers, office staff, and management.
Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA-HR is a plus).
Attributes Strong multitasking abilities, high integrity when handling confidential data, and a problem-solving mindset.
