Job Description:
A Social Media Executive for personal care products drives brand awareness and customer engagement by managing social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). They create product-focused content, collaborate with beauty influencers, monitor skincare trends, and analyze campaign metrics to build a loyal, active online community. [1, 2, 3]
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and beauty-passionate Social Media Executive to oversee our personal care and cosmetics digital presence. You will bring our products to life through compelling storytelling, ensuring our brand aesthetics and voice remain consistent across all platforms. [1, 2, 3]
Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Strategy: Plan and execute monthly social media calendars. Shoot, edit, and curate engaging assets—including reels, TikToks, stories, and static posts—highlighting product benefits and usage. [1, 2, 3, 4]
  • Influencer & UGC Collaboration: Source micro- and macro-influencers, dermatologists, and User Generated Content (UGC) creators. Build creative briefs, negotiate collaborations, and amplify brand reach. [1, 2, 3]
  • Community Management: Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, direct messages (DMs), and product inquiries to foster trust and loyalty. [1, 2, 3]
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of viral beauty trends, skincare routines, and audio clips. Quickly adapt these trends into timely, brand-aligned content. [1, 2]
  • Campaign & Launch Management: Coordinate closely with the design and marketing teams to support new product drops, seasonal promotions, and educational campaigns. [1, 2]
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, follower growth, and conversions) using tools like Meta Business Suite. Prepare detailed monthly reports with actionable insights. [1, 2, 3]
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, with a strong preference for candidates in the beauty, cosmetics, or wellness industry.
  • Algorithm Knowledge: Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms, aesthetics, and best practices.
  • Creative Skills: Excellent copywriting skills for captivating hooks and calls-to-action (CTAs). Basic proficiency in design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud is highly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deliverables.
