• Assist in managing HR operations, administration, and workforce coordination activities.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and attendance management processes.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance activities.
• Maintain employee records, HR MIS reports, and administrative documentation accurately.
• Support employee grievance handling, engagement activities, and workplace discipline.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and operational requirements.
• Manage office administration, facility coordination, and general support services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and workplace procedures.
• Support vendor coordination, housekeeping, security, and office maintenance activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.
• Candidates with HR and administration experience in manufacturing industries preferred.
