A reputed steel and power manufacturing company engaged in large-scale industrial operations is hiring an Assistant Supervisor to support shop floor management, workforce coordination, and daily operational activities. - Assist in supervising day-to-day production and operational activities on the shop floor.
- Support manpower handling, shift coordination, and workflow management.
- Monitor machine operations and production processes during assigned shifts.
- Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and stores departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and operational documentation accurately.
- Identify operational issues and support troubleshooting activities when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE usage, and company policies.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity of workforce during shifts.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Candidates with manufacturing or steel industry supervisory experience preferred.
