A reputed steel and power manufacturing company engaged in large-scale industrial operations is hiring an Assistant Shift Incharge to support shift operations, workforce coordination, and production activities. - Assist in managing day-to-day shift operations and shop floor activities.
- Support manpower handling, machine operations, and workflow coordination during shifts.
- Monitor production activities to ensure achievement of shift-wise targets.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and stores departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain shift reports, production records, and operational documentation.
- Identify operational issues and support troubleshooting activities when required.
- Ensure proper utilization of machinery, materials, and manpower resources.
- Follow and enforce safety standards, PPE usage, and company procedures.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity of workforce during shifts.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Candidates with manufacturing or steel industry shift handling experience preferred.
