Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and industry-connected Sales Executive to join our coal washery team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market reach, acquiring new B2B clients, and selling washed/beneficiated coal. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the coal industry, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage long-term client accounts. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and target potential clients, including thermal power plants, cement factories, sponge iron plants, and other coal-consuming industries.
  • Lead Generation: Conduct cold outreach, attend industry networking events, and generate qualified sales leads.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including delivering product presentations, sending commercial proposals, and negotiating pricing and contract terms.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers (procurement heads, plant managers) to ensure client retention and repeat business.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, track competitor pricing, and provide feedback to management to help adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the washery operations, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of washed coal and compliance with contractual quality parameters (e.g., GCV, ash content).
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and forecasts using CRM software.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
