SITE SUPERVISOR FOR FURNITURE MANUFACTURING -RAIPUR, CHHATTISHGHAR

Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for end-to-end execution of modular kitchen and wardrobe installations at site. This includes coordination between the design team, factory production, and installation team to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery as per approved drawings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Verify site measurements before production
2. Cross-check final drawings with actual site conditions
3. Ensure electrical, plumbing, and civil readiness before installation
4. Report discrepancies to the design team before production

Installation and Execution

1. Supervise installation of modular kitchens and wardrobes and other modular furniture

2. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings

3. Maintain proper alignment, leveling, and finishing quality

Factory & Dispatch Coordination

1. Coordinate with factory for production readiness and dispatch schedules

2. Verify materials received at site against BOQ

3. Report shortages or damages immediately

Skills and Qualifications

1. Diploma / Degree in Interior / Civil OR

2. Relevant practical experience

3. Knowledge of modular kitchens and wardrobes

4. Ability to read AutoCAD drawings

5. Understanding of hardware fittings

6. Strong communication and coordination skills

7. Problem-solving ability on-site

Experience

1. 3-5 years in modular furniture industry

Working Conditions

1. Field based role
2. Travel between multiple sites as required
