This role ensures operational continuity in a fast-paced environment where sales staff, logistics personnel, and warehouse employees are crucial.

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle daily HR operations, including end-to-end recruitment for both sales and warehouse roles, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee relations. The goal is to maintain a productive and compliant workplace environment that aligns with our business growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will handle daily HR operations, including end-to-end recruitment for both sales and warehouse roles, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage high-volume hiring for warehouse and sales teams, including sourcing, conducting interviews, and performing reference checks.
- Onboarding & Induction: Facilitate new joiner orientation, ensuring all employment documents, background verifications, and compliance formalities are completed.
- Payroll & Attendance Management: Oversee daily attendance, manage shift scheduling for staff, and process payroll inputs, benefits, and leaves.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Address employee grievances, maintain a positive work culture, and ensure strict compliance with labor laws, including PF, ESI, and other local regulations.
- Performance Management: Support performance appraisal cycles, assisting managers in setting KPIs and implementing performance improvement plans.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate digital and physical employee files and manage the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in wholesale, retail, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with HRIS or ATS software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
