They bridge management and shop-floor workers, ensuring a safe, disciplined, and productive environment, typically requiring 2–5 years of manufacturing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Facilitate hiring, onboarding, and safety training.
- Compliance & Payroll: Oversee statutory requirements (Factories Act, PF, ESIC) and time office functions.
- Relations & Engagement: Address worker grievances, manage union interactions, and organize welfare activities.
