Job Description:

A reputed steel tubes manufacturing company engaged in large-scale industrial production is hiring an HR Head to lead human resource strategy, plant HR operations, manpower planning, and statutory compliance. The company offers a leadership role with long-term growth opportunities in the manufacturing sector.

• Lead overall HR operations for plant, corporate, and administrative functions.
• Develop HR strategies aligned with business growth and workforce planning.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and leadership roles.
• Oversee payroll inputs, attendance systems, leave management, and HR administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, bonus, gratuity, and statutory regulations.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures.
• Maintain healthy industrial relations with workers, staff, and unions where applicable.
• Drive performance management, appraisals, training, and employee engagement programs.
• Prepare HR MIS, manpower reports, budgets, and management dashboards.
• Coordinate with department heads for succession planning and talent development.
• Ensure implementation of HR policies, company culture, and workplace discipline.
• Candidates with strong HR leadership experience in steel/manufacturing industries preferred.
