HR OFFICER FOR STEEL MANUFACTURING- DHARSHIVA RAIPUR
Job Description:
A leading steel manufacturing company based in Raipur is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Officer to manage human resource operations, workforce management, and statutory compliance for its plant and office functions.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.

Handle attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and employee documentation.

Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, labor laws, bonus, and other statutory requirements.

Maintain employee records, HR MIS reports, and monthly manpower data.

Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring needs.

Resolve employee grievances and support disciplinary procedures.

Assist in performance appraisal, training, and employee engagement activities.

Maintain healthy industrial relations and smooth workforce coordination.
-
Ensure implementation of HR policies, company rules, and safety procedures.
-
Prior experience in manufacturing/steel industry HR operations preferred.
