Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) for a steel manufacturing unit in Tilda, Chhattisgarh. The candidate will be responsible for managing complete financial operations, cost control, taxation, compliance, and supporting management in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Accounting & Reporting:
  Preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow statements as per IND AS/GAAP.
• Cost Accounting & Control:
  Handling product costing, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and cost optimization in manufacturing processes.
• Taxation & Compliance:
  Managing GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, assessments, and ensuring statutory compliance.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
  Preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to improve profitability.
• MIS & Reporting:
  Preparation of daily/monthly MIS reports for plant performance and management decision-making.
• Audit & Internal Controls:
  Coordination with internal and statutory auditors and implementation of strong financial controls.
• Working Capital Management:
  Monitoring cash flow, inventory, receivables, and payables to ensure smooth operations.
• ERP & System Handling:
  Working on ERP systems like SAP/Tally for accounting, reporting, and data analysis.
• Cross-Functional Coordination:
  Collaborating with production, procurement, and logistics teams for cost efficiency and operational improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• 5–12+ years of experience in steel / manufacturing industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of costing, taxation, audit, and financial reporting
• Experience in SAP / ERP systems & advanced Excel
