Job Description:
A Senior Supervisor (often entry-level or junior-level in some contexts, but handling higher responsibilities) in a food plant oversees daily production activities to ensure food safety, quality standards, and efficiency on the production line. For a fresher, this role focuses on hands-on floor supervision, managing workers, maintaining sanitation standards, and meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Production & Safety: Supervise daily output, enforce GMP/HACCP food safety standards, and maintain strict sanitation protocols.
- Team & Equipment: Guide workers, manage staffing, and monitor machinery to minimize downtime.
- Inventory & Records: Monitor raw materials and maintain accurate production documentation.

So we were establishment new unit at Sanchore(Raj) . In 2002 we were starting to manufacture Cassia Tora Splits. Our quality is very good. And demand of our splits is very good. So in 2004 we were establishment very big unit at Raipur(Chhattisgarh). Its second largest unit in India to manufacture Cassia Tora Splits.
