Job Description:

• Supervision & Logistics: Manage inbound and outbound movement of materials, including coal, ash, and heavy equipment, via rail cars or trucks.
• Safety Enforcement: Strictly follow and enforce all safety protocols, regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Documentation & Accuracy: Verify loaded/unloaded materials against bills of lading, purchase orders, or shipping records.
• Operations Coordination: Schedule and coordinate workforce activities to maintain smooth, uninterrupted operations.
• Equipment Maintenance: Conduct inspections on material handling equipment and maintain safe work areas.
• Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and direct employees, ensuring compliance with operating standards. 
  Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or industrial loading operations, ideally in a power plant.
• Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial safety regulations.
• Leadership: Proven supervisory skills and the ability to manage team performance.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of material handling equipment, such as conveyors, forklifts, or cranes.
• Skills: Effective communication, coordination, and organization abilities. 
  Physical and Working Conditions

• This role requires working in potentially harsh conditions, such as high noise levels, extreme heat, or cold.
• Physical stamina is required to oversee loading in varying weather conditions.
