OT TECHNICIAN FOR HOSPITAL - DURG , CHHATTISGARH

Job Description:

• Pre-Surgery Preparation: Prepare the operating room, sterilize instruments, and check anesthesia machines, lights, and monitors.
• Assistance During Surgery: Assist surgeons and nurses, pass instruments, suction fluids, and monitor patient vitals, according to and as described by.
• Post-Surgery Care: Clean and disinfect the operating room, properly dispose of hazardous waste, and prepare the room for the next procedure.
• Patient Handling: Transport patients, assist in lifting/positioning them, and ensure safety during transfers, as outlined in.
• Supply Chain Management: Maintain inventory, manage stock (gloves, sutures, drapes), and report equipment malfunctions. 
  Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: A Diploma or Certificate in Operation Theatre Technology is required.
• Clinical Knowledge: Strong understanding of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and instrumentation.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to handle and maintain equipment like C-ARM machines.
• Core Competencies: High attention to detail, ability to work in high-pressure situations, physical stamina, and strong communication skills.
