Job Description:
A Process Coordinator (Female) manages daily operational workflows, acts as a liaison between departments, and enhances efficiency by optimizing processes. Key responsibilities include tracking MIS reports, maintaining documentation, supporting team collaboration, and ensuring compliance with company policies to enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage and coordinate daily workflows to ensure smooth business operations.
- Department Liaison: Act as a central point of contact between departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, analyze existing processes, and implement improvements to maximize productivity.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Follow-ups: Track and follow up on pending work or tasks within the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Generally requires minimum 1–2 years of experience in an operational, administrative, or coordination role.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and data analysis.
- Competencies: Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
