QC ENGINEER FOR REAL ESTATE - RAJNANDGAON , CHHATTISGARH

Job Description:

• Quality Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of residential/commercial sites to ensure adherence to technical specifications, drawings, and quality norms.
• Material Testing: Inspect, sample, and test construction materials, ensuring materials brought to the site meet quality standards.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare material testing checklists, maintain registers (concrete, waterproofing, rejected materials), and manage ISO documentation.
• Non-Conformance Management: Identify and document structural or finishing defects, analyze root causes, and enforce corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordination: Act as a liaison between site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
• System Implementation: Implement quality systems, including NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) and cube testing. 
   
• Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in the real estate or construction industry.
• Knowledge: Proficiency in ISO procedures and standards.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of material testing (concrete, steel, waterproofing).
• Software: ERP knowledge and proficiency in MS Office for reporting.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to manage subcontractors and site teams.
