Job Description:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-performing sales agents, technical staff, and leadership.
- Performance Management: Design and implement KPIs, linking incentive structures and bonuses to revenue targets and performance outcomes.
- Compliance & Operations: Oversee statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Factory Acts) and manage HRIS, payroll, and attendance systems.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee grievances, foster a positive culture, and handle onboarding/induction programs.
- Strategic HR: Drive organizational development, workforce planning, and training initiatives.
- Experience: 10+ years of HR experience within the real estate or construction industry.
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and knowledge of labor laws
