STORE INCHARGE FOR REAL ESTATE - RAJNANDGAON , CHHATTISGARH
Job Description:
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of materials, ensuring proper storage, tagging, and periodic stock verification.
- Material Management: Receive, inspect, and issue construction materials (e.g., cement, steel, tools) to project staff according to purchase orders.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with suppliers and purchasing departments for timely delivery and replenishment of materials.
- Documentation: Maintain daily, weekly, or monthly stock ledgers and prepare consumption reports.
- Safety & Security: Ensure the warehouse/store is kept clean, safe, and secure, complying with company safety protocols.
- Experience: 6+ years in store management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or ITI.
- Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP/MS Office), strong organizational skills, and knowledge of material handling.
