DISPATCH BILLING SUPERVISOR FOR STEEL MANUFACTURING - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

• Dispatch Management: Plan, execute, and monitor daily dispatch schedules of finished steel products from the plant.
• Billing & Documentation: Generate and verify tax invoices, E-way bills, gate passes, and delivery challans, ensuring high accuracy.
• Logistic Coordination: Arrange vehicles, negotiate freight rates, and assign delivery routes, ensuring timely pickup and delivery.
• Inventory Control: Maintain, track, and reconcile physical inventory of finished goods against ERP/Tally stock data.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate dispatchers and loading staff to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards.
• Loading Supervision: Oversee loading of finished products into trucks, ensuring safe and efficient handling of materials to prevent damage.
• Customer Communication: Inform customers regarding dispatch status and resolve discrepancies in orders or deliveries.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to GST laws, company policies, and transport regulations. 
   

• Education: Graduate (b.com) or equivalent.
• Experience: 3–7 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or billing, preferably in a steel or manufacturing plant.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), Tally ERP, and Excel.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of E-way billing, GST compliance, and transport documentation.
• Attributes: Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Language: Good communication skills in Hindi and local language.
