Location: Raipur
Position: Assistant HR (1 Opening)
Industry: Manufacturing – Steel, Power & Sponge Iron
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Age: 35–40
Gender: Male
Key Requirement:
Experience in Manufacturing industry (Steel, Power & Sponge Iron sectors)
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling daily attendance for Salary, Bonus, PF, ESIC
* Updating Government attendance registers
* Maintaining employee personal files
* Monitoring attendance and ensuring timely payroll
* Preparing HR letters (Appointment, Warning, Service, etc.)
* Managing joining formalities of new employees
* Conducting induction programs
* Maintaining all HR-related records
* Knowledge of salary structure
Additional Skills:
Good English communication skills, active and responsible
