Job Description:
- Inventory & Data Management: Tracking receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods; updating stock levels in systems.
- System Operation: Operating POS (Point of Sale) terminals, running batch processing jobs, and performing routine maintenance.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately entering data into computer systems and generating regular sales/stock reports.
- Troubleshooting: Fixing common hardware and software glitches, and performing basic network troubleshooting.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining organized records of transactions, stock movements, and inventory adjustments.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and data entry software (e.g., MS Excel, ERP systems).
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
- Communication: Ability to collaborate with staff and report issues to management.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with IT certification being an advantage.
