Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Responsible for the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods, ensuring stock levels are accurate and maintained according to requirements.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintains meticulous records of inventory, including generating Material Received Reports (MRR) and submitting inventory reports to management
.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Inspects incoming deliveries for damage or discrepancies, adhering to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Stock Organization: Organizes the storage area, optimizing space and ensuring items are easily accessible.
- Coordination: Liaises with procurement, production, and logistics teams to facilitate timely material availability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with inventory management software or ERP systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently.
