Senior Accountant | Experience: Minimum 20 Years

Is looking for a highly experienced and dependable Senior Accountant with a minimum of 20 years of hands-on experience in accounting, finance, and statutory compliance. The role demands complete ownership of the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and strict adherence to regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing accounts, supporting management with financial insights, and maintaining strong internal controls.

The key responsibilities include managing end-to-end accounting operations such as bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and finalization of accounts; preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; handling GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings with full compliance; coordinating and managing internal and external audits; overseeing banking transactions, reconciliations, and cash flow planning; monitoring receivables and payables to ensure timely collections and payments for management decision-making; ensuring compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory frameworks; maintaining proper documentation and financial discipline; and supervising and guiding junior accounting staff.

The candidate must have strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance, along with proficiency in Tally, Microsoft Excel, and accounting systems. A high level of accuracy, analytical thinking, and integrity is essential. The role requires someone who can work independently, take full responsibility, and bring stability to the finance function.

Candidates with CA, CMA, or Inter CA qualifications will be preferred, though not mandatory if supported by extensive experience. Prior experience in manufacturing, energy, or trading sectors will be an added advantage.
