Job Description:
A Back Office Executive provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth company functioning, acting as a bridge between management and front-office teams. Key responsibilities include data management, processing orders, generating reports, handling documentation, and supporting HR or sales teams to enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Management: Collecting, organizing, maintaining, and updating company databases and records with high accuracy.
- Administrative Support: Preparing reports, invoices, contracts, and handling internal communication or follow-ups.
- Operational Coordination
:Bridging the gap between management and front-office, ensuring workflows are seamless, and supporting departments like sales or HR.
- Documentation & Filing: Organizing physical and digital files to ensure easy retrieval.
- Problem Solving: Handling inquiries and addressing challenges in workflows or customer issues that arise in backend operations.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry software.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal/written communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Typical Requirements
- Previous experience as a back-office executive or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or office management procedures.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
