Job Description:
A Sales Executive for a pipes manufacturing company drives revenue by identifying new business opportunities, managing distributor networks, and selling PVC, HDPE, or CPVC products to construction projects and dealers. They achieve targets, manage relationships with stakeholders, and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and revenue targets.
  • Business Development: Generate new leads and acquire new clients, including developers, contractors, and institutional buyers.
  • Channel Management: Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers to expand market reach.
  • Product Promotion: Promote PVC, CPVC, HDPE, and DWC pipe products and fittings.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to influence product specifications.
  • Order Management: Coordinate with production, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to analyze competitor activity and provide daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical product information to customers. 
     
 
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 1–3 years of field sales experience in pipes, fittings, construction materials, or related industries.
  • Education: Any Graduate or MBA in Marketing.
  • Communication: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of piping systems, technical specs, and project sales is a plus.
  • Other: Candidates must have a two-wheeler, valid license, and familiarity with the local assigned region.
