Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and results-driven female PA / Business Development Executive to support our executive leadership while driving company growth. The ideal candidate will act as a primary point of contact for clients, cultivate new business opportunities within the construction sector, and manage administrative duties to ensure seamless operations. This role requires a blend of exceptional administrative skills, networking capabilities, and a "hunter" mentality to secure new construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales (60%)
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and email outreach, targeting developers, architects, and property managers.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Proposal Development: Draft tailored proposals, quotations, and tender documents (RFP/RFQ) to secure new construction contracts.
- Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote company services.
- Market Research: Stay informed about construction trends, competitor activity, and new project developments to identify market gaps.
- Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and pipeline activity in CRM software.
Personal Assistant & Administrative Support (40%)
- Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel for the leadership team.
- Documentation & Correspondence: Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and correspondence (emails, letters).
- Project Documentation: Assist with project paperwork, contract documentation, and coordinating with the Preconstruction/Project Management team.
- Data Maintenance: Ensure client contact databases and company profiles are kept up-to-date.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or PA roles, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency) to confidently interact with C-suite clients and stakeholders.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Professional Appearance: High sense of professionalism and a well-groomed, neat appearance.
