Job Description:
A Junior HR Executive (0-2 years experience) supports daily HR operations, focusing on recruitment (screening, scheduling), employee onboarding, maintaining HRIS databases, and addressing staff queries. They ensure policy compliance, assist with payroll/benefits, and organize engagement activities. Requires strong communication and MS Office skills. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Post jobs, source candidates, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation, prepare documents, and manage exit formalities.
  • Records Management: Update HRIS and employee files with accurate data.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for HR queries regarding policies and benefits.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with payroll processing, compliance reporting, and employee engagement activities. 
     
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 0–2 years, typically entry-level.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and HRIS software.
  • Competencies: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information

Company Profile

The company is in midst of implementing a 0.42 Million Tonne Per Annum (MTPA) integrated steel plant to produce steel. Steel thus produced will consume 0.315 Million Tonne Sponge Iron from the proposed unit and 0.03 Million Tonne from the existing unit. Thus consuming the entire quantity of high grade sponge iron produced in its own manufacturing facilities. When iron is smelted from its ore by commercial processes, it contains more carbon, phosphorus, sulphar etc. than is desirable. To produce high quality steel, the elements must be brought to the within the desirable limits. The liquid steel is processed through AOD and VOD furnaces to achieve the desirable limits of elements. The liquid is then continuously casted into long slabs or through ingots.
