- NCR & CAPA Management: Identify, document, and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) with the production team.
- NDT Coordination: Oversee Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities, including Liquid Penetrant Testing (LPT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Radiographic Testing (RT).
- Client & Third-Party Liaison: Coordinate with customers and Third-Party Inspection (TPI) agencies for inspections and audits.

- Mentorship: Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on inspection techniques and quality standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a Diploma with relevant experience.
- Experience: 5–7 years of experience in heavy fabrication, structural fabrication, or metal fabrication industries.
- Certifications: NDT Level II certification (RT, UT, MT, PT) is highly preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of welding processes, reading blueprints/drawings, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Standards: Proficiency in ISO 9001, ASME, and AWS standards.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to work independently and manage cross-functional teams.
- Software: Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
