TEACHER PRE PRIMARY/PRIMARY FOR SCHOOL - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

Job Description:

The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for nurturing and educating young children (typically ages 2–5) by creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. The teacher supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play-based and structured learning activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the school curriculum

• Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment

• Foster social, emotional, language, and motor skill development

• Use play-based learning, stories, music, art, and hands-on activities

• Observe, assess, and document student progress and development

• Maintain classroom discipline using positive behavior management techniques

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and well-being

• Prepare and maintain teaching aids, learning materials, and classroom displays

• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed at all times

• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education / Pre-Primary Education

• Certification in Montessori / ECCE / NTT (preferred)

• Minimum ___ years of experience teaching pre-primary students (preferred)

• Knowledge of child development principles
