BILLING & ESTIMATION EXECUTIVE FOR REAL ESTATE - RAJNANDGAON , CHHATTISGARH
Job Description:
- Estimation & Costing: Preparing detailed, accurate cost estimates for tenders, proposals, and ongoing construction projects based on architectural drawings.
- Billing Management: Preparing, submitting, and certifying interim and final invoices (RA bills) for contractors and clients.
- Quantity Surveying (QS): Conducting site visits to verify actual work performed against measurements claimed in bills.
- Cost Control: Monitoring budget variances, tracking project expenses, and implementing cost-cutting strategies.
- Documentation: Reconciling subcontractor bills, maintaining detailed records of materials, and preparing project MIS reports.
- Coordination: Working with project managers, vendors, and clients to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in real estate or construction billing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project management software (like MS Projects).
- Knowledge: Expertise in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and technical knowledge of construction methods.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, strong mathematical skills, and negotiation skills.
