Key Responsibilities
- Communication & Coordination: Serve as the primary contact, facilitating information flow and meetings between departments, management, and external parties.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and other organizations.
- Project Facilitation: Drive project progress by resolving interdepartmental issues, addressing roadblocks, and ensuring timely execution of tasks.
- Compliance & Approvals: Oversee the acquisition of necessary sanctions, licenses, and statutory clearances for projects.
- Reporting & Strategy: Prepare reports, document meeting minutes, and devise strategies for better collaboration and achieving organizational goals.
- Negotiation: Handle negotiations, especially for land acquisition and other agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes.
