Job Description:
Core Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment & Monitoring: Taking vital signs, recording health histories, assessing symptoms, and monitoring patient progress.
- Care Delivery: Administering medications, starting IVs, performing bedside procedures, and providing wound care.
- Treatment Planning: Collaborating with physicians to create and implement patient care plans.
- Patient & Family Education: Advising on health conditions, preventative care, and recovery.
- Documentation: Accurately charting patient care, observations, and irregularities in electronic health records (EHR).
- Team Collaboration: Working with doctors, therapists, and other staff to coordinate care.
