We are looking for high-performing Sales Executives to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. The candidate should be able to drive independently and work in a team to meet the company expectations. You should also be able to continually identify new sales opportunities through customer referrals.
Rolls & Responsibilities:
• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
• Prepare and Submit Company Profile & Proposal, prepare Offers to Customers & Finalize Orders.
• Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
• Achieve the Assigned Monthly Sales Target.
• Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
• Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
• Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
Requirements

• Should have good knowledge about Sales
• Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
• Good in Teamwork
• Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer
• Bringing in more customers thereby establish contacts
• Should be able to deliver under pressure, in an open environment and a no walls office.
• Hands-on problem-solving aptitude, with ability to conceptualize the right solutions for complex and diverse business needs.
• Any other duties assigned by Head
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in Sales.
• Degree - Any Degree, BBA & Engineers would have an advantage.
