Job Description:

 Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement effective recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create workforce plans.
• Forecast future hiring requirements based on organizational growth and turnover rates.
2. Talent Sourcing & Selection
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, campus recruitment).
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
3. Employer Branding
• Promote the organization’s employer brand to attract top talent.
• Develop marketing materials, social media content, and campaigns to showcase the company culture and benefits.
• Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and networking functions.
4. Recruitment Operations & Metrics
• Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure proper documentation of recruitment activities.
• Track key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, turnover rates) and prepare regular reports for management.
• Continuously review and improve hiring processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Qualifications and Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5–8 years of experience in recruitment or HR, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Skills:
o Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and talent sourcing techniques.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in ATS, HRIS, and MS Office applications.
o Analytical mindset and ability to interpret recruitment data.
o Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
