Key tasks include operating computerized systems, issuing tickets, inspecting vehicles, and ensuring accurate tare/gross weight calculation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Weighing Operations: Accurately weigh incoming (loaded) and outgoing (unloaded/loaded) trucks using automated or manual, software-driven weighbridges to determine the net weight of coal.
Documentation & Reporting: Generate weighbridge tickets, receipts, and maintain accurate digital/manual logs of all material transactions.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure vehicles are positioned correctly and adhere to safety protocols, including monitoring for overloading.
Data Entry & Reporting: Enter data into ERP or specialized software and prepare daily/weekly reports on coal movements for management.
Communication & Security: Coordinate with drivers, logistics staff, and security to manage traffic flow; report any system malfunctions or security breaches.
Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the weighbridge equipment to ensure accuracy.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Previous experience in a mining, manufacturing, logistics, or construction environment is preferred.
Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, including experience with data entry, weighing software, or ERP systems.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reading measurements and recording data.
Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with drivers and staff.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts as required by the plant.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in a, potentially dusty, industrial environment.
Capable of performing routine, sometimes physical, checks on Equipment.
