Job Description:

The Office Staff Boy is responsible for supporting daily office operations by handling basic administrative and support tasks such as serving refreshments, maintaining cleanliness, running errands, and assisting office staff with routine duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests as required.

• Keep the office premises clean and tidy (including meeting rooms, pantry, and workstations).

• Run errands such as collecting documents, delivering parcels, or making purchases.

• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as requested.

• Handle basic pantry stock management and refill supplies when needed.

• Ensure timely disposal of waste and keep pantry/kitchen area hygienic.

• Support administrative staff in preparing meeting rooms and materials.

• Open and close the office premises as per schedule (if assigned).

• Assist in receiving and distributing incoming mails/packages.

• Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: High School (preferred, not mandatory).

• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of cleaning and hygiene.

• Good physical health and stamina.

• Trustworthy, punctual, and reliable.

• Courteous and respectful attitude.

• Basic communication skills (spoken English/Hindi/Local language depending on region).
