💼 Position: Mechanical Head – DRI (Direct Reduced Iron)
💰 CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA
🕒 Experience: 10+ years in mechanical maintenance within DRI or steel plant operations

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee mechanical operations and maintenance of the DRI plant

• Ensure minimal breakdown and maximum uptime of all equipment

• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs

• Manage a team of mechanical engineers and technicians

• Monitor performance of critical equipment like kilns, coolers, conveyors, etc.

• Coordinate with electrical and production teams for smooth operations

• Ensure compliance with plant safety and maintenance standards

✅ Key Skills:

• Kiln, Cooler, Gearbox & Conveyor Maintenance

• Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance

• Root Cause Analysis & Troubleshooting

• Manpower Handling & Team Leadership

• Strong knowledge of DRI/Steel Plant Machinery

• Maintenance Planning & Documentation
