A Warranty Manager in the automobile industry is responsible for overseeing the entire warranty process, from claim initiation to resolution, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and maximizing customer satisfaction. This role involves managing warranty claims, developing and implementing warranty policies, analyzing data to identify trends, and collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize the warranty process.
Key Responsibilities:
