Job Description:
A Senior HR & Admin Officer typically manages the human resources and administrative functions of an organization. This includes overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:Managing the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Office Administration:Overseeing general office operations, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor relationships.

HRIS Management:Maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and utilizing HR information systems.

Training & Development:Supporting training initiatives, coordinating training programs, and ensuring compliance with mandatory training.

Reporting & Analytics:Preparing HR-related reports, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement.

Legal Compliance:Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- HR Expertise: Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Administrative Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and payroll systems.
