Job Description:
- Daily Resource planning.
- Adherence to time, cost and quality commitments.
- Detailed study of job card for explanation to mechanics.
- Manpower and job allocation.
- Troubleshooting guidance to mechanics.
- Identification of defective parts, decision on repairability, warranty.
- Proactive Front office updation of changes in cost and time estimates.
- Raising part requisition.
- Arrange for material movement to branches/ ancillary / vendor and follow up.
- Certification of job completion and attention of all complaints and jobs mentioned by TA.
- Repair job card closure with all relevant details.
- Capture observations and failure details as a part of Technical Reports.
- Attach all relevant bills / documents / reports.
- Handing over defective parts to Warranty Executive and Customer respectively.
- Handing over ready vehicle to inspection bay and inform FO Warranty.
- Obtain necessary approval for carrying out Warranty jobs from WM.
- Updation of correct Failure details.
