MECHANICAL MAINTAINANCE FOREMAN (SID) - RAIPUR

• Supervision and Leadership:

  Managing a team of mechanical maintenance technicians, providing guidance, and ensuring they follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Maintenance Planning and Scheduling:

  Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs, scheduling routine maintenance tasks, and coordinating emergency repairs.
• Troubleshooting and Repair:

  Diagnosing mechanical issues, coordinating repairs, and ensuring equipment is functioning optimally.
• Safety Compliance:

  Enforcing safety regulations and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for the team.
• Resource Management:

  Managing materials, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance activities.
• Communication and Coordination:

  Liaising with other departments, such as production and procurement, to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Documentation and Reporting:

  Maintaining records of maintenance activities, equipment repairs, and associated costs. 

   

• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
• Leadership and Management: Ability to lead, motivate, and guide a team effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, other departments, and management.
• Organization and Planning: Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities efficiently.
• Safety Awareness: Commitment to safety procedures and regulations.
• Experience: Typically requires several years of experience in mechanical maintenance and some supervisory experience.
