Job Description:
An Instrumentation Manager oversees the installation, maintenance, and calibration of instruments and equipment within a facility. They ensure optimal performance, manage teams of technicians, and maintain compliance with industry standards. Additionally, they play a crucial role in budgeting, inventory management, and troubleshooting issues related to instrumentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervising Instrument Maintenance:Ensuring all instruments are properly installed, calibrated, and maintained to meet operational standards.

Preventive Maintenance:Developing and implementing schedules for routine maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.

Team Management:Leading and training a team of technicians, ensuring they are proficient in instrument operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Performance Monitoring:Tracking instrument performance, identifying issues, and troubleshooting faults to maintain efficient operations.

Compliance:Ensuring all activities adhere to industry regulations and safety protocols related to instrumentation.
