PRODUCTIO MANAGER - FOUNDRY
Production Manager – Foundry Plant
Location:
Industry: Iron & Steel / Casting / Foundry
Experience Required: 8–15 Years (preferably in foundry operations)
Qualification: B.E./Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Production Engineering
Key Responsibilities:

✅ Plan, manage, and supervise daily foundry operations (melting, moulding, casting, fettling, and heat treatment).

✅ Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.

✅ Monitor and improve production processes for productivity, efficiency, and cost control.

✅ Manage raw material procurement and inventory (scrap, ferro alloys, sand, binders, etc.).
-
✅ Implement preventive and breakdown maintenance of foundry equipment.
-
✅ Ensure compliance with ISO, 5S, safety, and environmental standards.

✅ Work closely with quality control, design, and maintenance teams.

✅ Train and manage shop-floor teams and shift engineers.

✅ Report daily production metrics to senior management.
