Job Description:
 Civil Project Manager in Real Estate oversees all aspects of a construction project, from initial planning to final completion, ensuring it aligns with project goals, budget, and timelineThis includes managing budgets, timelines, quality control, and compliance with relevant regulations. They also coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Execution:
    Developing comprehensive project plans, construction schedules, and timelines. 
     
  • Budget Management:
    Managing project costs, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints. 
     
  • Contract Management:
    Overseeing contracts with various stakeholders and ensuring all contractual obligations are met. 
     
  • Quality Control:
    Ensuring that construction work meets the required quality standards and specifications. 
     
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    Maintaining effective communication with project team members and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns. 
     
  • Risk Management:
    Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. 
     
  • Safety Compliance:
    Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. 
     
  • Site Oversight:
    Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. 
     
Skills Required:
  • Leadership & Communication:
    Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential for effectively leading a team and interacting with stakeholders. 
     
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in project management software, construction techniques, and relevant industry standards. 
     
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving:
    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are needed to manage complex projects and address unforeseen issues. 
     
  • Budgeting & Financial Management:
    Knowledge of project budgeting, cost control, and financial management is crucial. 
     
  • Contract Management:
    Understanding of contract law and the ability to manage contracts effectively. 
     
  • Stakeholder Management:
