An Executive, Field Exploration (FEX) in coal mining is a leadership role focused on the technical and operational aspects of exploration and resource development within a specific field or region. Key Responsibilities:

Field Exploration Management:Oversee and manage the field exploration activities within a designated area, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of exploration professionals, including geologists, technicians, and other field staff.

Resource Development:Develop and implement exploration plans, including drilling programs, geological surveys, and other exploration techniques.
