Job Description:
A Mechanical Foreman in HEEM (Hearth Earth Equipment Mining) for coal mining is responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of mechanical staff and subcontractors, ensuring the efficient maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment. They also ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
Responsibilities:

Supervision and Coordination:Oversee the work of mechanical staff and subcontractors, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Maintenance and Repair:Ensure the timely and proper maintenance and repair of all HEMM equipment, including drilling, scraping, cutting, winding, hoisting, and other mining machinery.

Safety:Adhere to all safety regulations and standards, ensuring the safety of workers and the integrity of the equipment.

Quality Control:Maintain quality standards for all maintenance and repair work, ensuring the optimal performance of equipment.

Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:Identify and resolve mechanical issues with HEMM equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.

Documentation:Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including parts used, labor hours, and any issues encountered.

Team Leadership:Motivate and train mechanical staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
